What it costs
Not applicable, since there is no integration to pay for.
How to set it up
- Record the activity on your watch and let it sync to Da Fit.
- Export the activity as a GPX, TCX or FIT file if your version of the app offers it.
- Upload that file to Strava from the web at strava.com/upload, which is Strava's documented fallback for any device that can produce one of those formats.
Limitations and gotchas
- The Da Fit listings on both Google Play and the App Store, from developer MO YOUNG LIMITED and updated in August 2026, do not mention Strava, Google Fit, Health Connect or Apple Health beyond an optional Apple Health share on iOS.
- Strava has no Da Fit help article and does not list it among compatible devices and apps.
- Health Sync, the usual bridge app for Android, does not list Da Fit as a source either.
- Forum posts describe a Strava logo in Da Fit's share sheet. We could not confirm that in any documentation from either company, so treat it as unverified rather than as a supported feature.
- Sites other than moyoung.com claiming to be official Da Fit properties should be treated with caution.
