Does it work with Strava?
Some watches and rings talk to Strava directly. Some need an app in the middle. Some cannot do it at all, whatever a forum post told you. Each page below gives the answer, which way the data actually flows, the setup steps, and what quietly does not transfer.

The company built the Strava connection itself. Authorise it once and you are done.
- Apple WatchOfficial
Yes, two ways. Strava has its own Apple Watch app that records and uploads on its own, and through Apple Health, workouts from Apple's built-in Workout app can upload to Strava automatically too. Strava activities go the other way into Apple Health.
- COROSOfficial
Yes. COROS has an official Strava link in the COROS app, and once it's on, every new activity from your watch or DURA bike computer uploads to Strava automatically. Starred Strava routes and segments come back the other way, into your COROS route library and as Strava Live Segments on supported devices.
- DecathlonOfficial
Yes, and in both directions. Decathlon links Strava at the account level rather than per app, so connecting once covers Decathlon Coach and the Decathlon Hub app alike, and activities travel each way.
- FitbitOfficial
Yes, one way. The Fitbit app became the Google Health app in May 2026, and Google Health sends new activities from your Fitbit or Pixel Watch to Strava automatically. Nothing you record on Strava comes back through the integration any more.
- Garmin ConnectOfficial
Yes, and it is the most established connection Strava has. Activities uploaded to Garmin Connect appear in Strava automatically, and it runs the other way too for starred routes and segments, which get pushed to your watch or head unit.
- Mi FitnessOfficial
Yes. Xiaomi's Mi Fitness app has an official one-way Strava connection, so workouts recorded on a Xiaomi watch or band push through to Strava once you authorise it. Nothing comes back the other way.
- OuraOfficial
Yes, but narrowly. Oura has an official two-way Strava integration, and the catch is that only workouts you record with Oura's Activity Heart Rate feature travel to Strava. Automatically detected and manually added activities do not.
- PolarOfficial
Yes. You connect Strava inside Polar Flow, and from then on new sessions you sync from a Polar watch reach Strava on their own. With a Strava subscription, starred routes come back to route-capable Polar watches, and Live Segments to compatible ones.
- Samsung HealthOfficial
Yes on Android, and no on iOS. Samsung Health has an official Strava connection that you switch on from inside Samsung Health, but only GPS-based activities make the trip to Strava.
- SuuntoOfficial
Yes. Link Strava under Partner services in the Suunto app and every workout synced from your watch carries on to Strava. Starred Strava routes, and on some watches Live Segments, come back for navigation and racing on the wrist.
- WahooOfficial
Yes. ELEMNT bike computers upload finished rides to Strava through Wahoo's cloud, and starred Strava routes and Live Segments sync back to the unit. Which app you set it up in depends on the model: the Wahoo app for the ACE, BOLT 3 and ROAM 3, the older ELEMNT app for everything before them.
- WHOOPOfficial
Yes. WHOOP has an official Strava integration that runs both ways: cardio activities you record on WHOOP upload to Strava, and Strava activities can flow back into WHOOP to count toward your Strain.
