Which Strava apps still work?
Checking whether Strava itself is down? That's on its own page: Strava's live status, upload delays from Garmin, and recent incidents. This page tracks something else: whether third-party apps still connect to Strava.
Is Strava down? →As of October 2026, 235 apps document a working Strava connection. 12 work with a documented limit, 14 couldn't be confirmed from any current page, and 27 have stopped. Every status is rechecked each month against the maker's own site, help pages and store listing, or Strava's help center, and each one links to the page it relied on.

What changed at Strava in 2026
- Creating an app on Strava's API now needs a Strava subscription, and a new app starts out connected to its developer's own account, then to 10 athletes, with anything more going through a review (Strava's getting-started guide). Strava announced the new developer program on June 1, 2026.
- On September 1, 2026 Strava removed the Club Activities, Club Members and Club Admins endpoints and limited Explore Segments to approved Extended Access developers (developer changelog). Club leaderboards and segment finders are the tools most exposed to that change.
