What is Befit?
Befit is a workout tracker and planner for the gym or home. Tell it your goal, your level and what equipment you have, and it builds a plan (Befit calls it an AI personalized plan), then adjusts sets, rep ranges, rest and weight progression as you go. You log sets, reps and weights as you train, and it keeps track of muscle recovery, personal records and progress by muscle group.
It's made by 3APPS Solutions and Advisory Ltda in Brazil; the Android version is published by 3APPS, LLC in Florida. The iPhone app was updated on October 9, 2026 (version 1.2.21), the Android app the same day, and Google Play shows more than a million downloads.
Key Features
Plans built around your equipment
The plan takes your goal, experience and available equipment into account, whether that's a full gym or nothing at home.
Logging and progress
Log each set with reps and weight, mark warmups, drop sets and supersets, browse 500+ exercises with video demonstrations, follow charts for strength trends and muscle groups, and see an overview of your personal records.
On the watch
There's an Apple Watch app, and Befit syncs calories and heart rate with Apple Health. On Android, Google Play lists a Wear OS app that runs the whole workout from the watch.
Does Befit sync with Strava?
Both ways. Befit's App Store page says cardio can be imported from Strava and Apple Health. Connect under Profile, Strava in the app, and Befit says finished workouts post to Strava with total time, volume lifted, sets and reps, estimated calories and personal records, and that your Befit training history is loaded into Strava when you link. You can turn sharing off for a single workout or disconnect at any time. Befit isn't on the partner list in Strava's strength help article, which is the list of apps Strava imports full exercise detail from.
Do I need Premium for the Strava sync?
Befit says Strava syncing is available to all users. Premium adds premium programs, unlimited workout tracking and analytics. Befit's help center says US pricing typically runs from $19.99 a month to $69.99 a year, and it varies by country; the App Store lists several other price points too.
