What is JEFIT?
JEFIT is a workout planner and gym log. You build routines or follow a built-in program, log sets as you lift, and the app tracks your history, one-rep max estimates and how your training splits across muscle groups. An AI suggestion tells you what weight and reps to try next based on past logs, and the Adaptive Plan builds a program around your goal, level and equipment and adjusts it each week.
It's made by Jefit Inc. The iPhone app was last updated on October 12, 2026 (version 17.2.8) and the Android app on October 9, 2026.
Key Features
Logging
A library of 1,400+ exercises with instructions (HD video demos with Elite), custom exercises and workouts, supersets, rest timers, and sets tagged as warm-up, working, drop or failure. You can add notes and progress photos to a workout.
Plans
Download a built-in program, or let the Adaptive Plan build one from your goal, level and equipment.
Analytics
Charts for volume, muscle focus, weekly sets per muscle and movement balance, with the full analytics in Elite.
What does JEFIT send to Strava?
According to Strava's help center, it imports exercise names, sets, reps, weight and working time from JEFIT into its strength workout log. You connect it from Strava, under Settings, Connect your App or Device. JEFIT's own blog says the connection runs both ways, with Strava activities coming into JEFIT too. Its FAQ and store pages don't mention the connection or say whether it needs Elite.
Does JEFIT work on a watch?
There's an Apple Watch app on iPhone and a Wear OS app on Android, and JEFIT lists watch app support as an Elite feature.
