Samsung Health
Samsung's free health app for Galaxy phones and watches. On Android it links to Strava both ways: GPS workouts upload to Strava, and Strava activities come back with route, distance, time and calories. There is no Strava link on iPhone
Does Samsung Health connect to Strava?
Yes on Android, and no on iOS. Samsung Health has an official Strava connection that you switch on from inside Samsung Health, but only GPS-based activities make the trip to Strava. Galaxy Watches on Wear OS can also run Strava's own watch app, which Strava says comes pre-installed on the Galaxy Watch9 and Galaxy Watch Ultra2.
Setup steps, what syncs, and what does notHear if Samsung Health stops working with Strava, or ships something new
We recheck Samsung Health's Strava connection every month. If a check finds it has stopped working, we'll email you then; anything new it ships goes in our mid-month email, with the best new apps. Reply "unsubscribe" any time.
