What is Flow State Endurance?
Flow State Endurance is an AI training calendar for endurance athletes. Tell it your race and when you can train, and it builds a full 12-week marathon or triathlon plan around your life, puts it on your calendar and sends key sessions to your Garmin. The plan balances key sessions, recovery and training load, and it rebuilds the week when life gets in the way (travel, a missed run, a bad night of sleep). It pulls in your past activity by importing history from Strava and Garmin, so it can read where your fitness actually is before it plans anything.
The integration is a one-way history import, not a live two-way sync. Flow State reads your past activities to understand your load and readiness. It does not write activities back to Strava.
Key Features
AI planning and replanning. On the Coach tier, you talk to it in plain language and it creates or adapts a marathon or triathlon plan. Tell it your non-negotiables and availability, and it reorganizes the calendar around them instead of forcing you onto a fixed template.
Structured workout export to Garmin. It turns a key run into a Garmin-ready workout with warmup, reps, recovery, and cooldown already built. Push it to your device and run it as prescribed.
Training signals. The dashboard tracks load, readiness, HRV, sleep, and recovery context so the plan reflects how your body is actually doing, not just the calendar.
Plain-language explanations. When the AI moves a session or changes your week, the Coach tier tells you why in normal words instead of leaving you to guess.
Custom agent access via MCP. Coach includes Model Context Protocol support, so you can point your own AI agents at your training data and build custom workflows on top of it.
Who It's For
Flow State Endurance is built for endurance athletes training for a goal race, with marathon and triathlon plans called out specifically. It fits people who already use Garmin and want a calendar that adjusts to a real schedule instead of a rigid PDF plan. The free tier covers the calendar, builder, signals, and device exports, so you can run the whole thing without paying. The Coach tier is for athletes who want the AI to do the planning and adjusting for them.
Does Flow State Endurance sync with Strava both ways?
No. It imports your history from Strava (and Garmin) so it can read your past training and figure out your load and readiness. It's a one-directional import, not a full two-way sync, and it doesn't push activities back to Strava.
How much does the Coach tier cost?
Coach is $10 a month and comes with a 7-day free trial. No credit card is needed to start the trial, and you can cancel anytime.
What do you get on the free plan?
The free plan ($0, forever) gives you the training calendar, the workout builder, structured workout exports to Garmin, history import from Strava and Garmin, and training signals like load, readiness, HRV, sleep, and recovery. AI planning and replanning sit on the Coach tier.
Can I connect my own AI agents to it?
Yes, on the Coach tier. It supports MCP (Model Context Protocol), so you can give your own agents access to your training data and build custom workflows around it.
