What is MyBikes?
MyBikes is a web app for keeping more than one bike serviced. Connect Strava and your bikes come in on their own, along with your cycling activities, and MyBikes keeps a separate maintenance clock for each one. The jobs from every bike then land in one to-do list, so the gravel bike's chain wax and the road bike's sealant show up side by side.
It's built by Sergey, a cyclist and solo founder, and run by Covian LLC in the United States. The privacy policy and terms were both last updated on October 7, 2026.
Key Features
Distance, date or ride load, whichever comes first
Reminders run on time, distance and ride load, and the homepage counts climbing, descending and conditions in that load, showing "effective" kilometers next to the actual ones. Sealant can come due by date while a waxed chain comes due by distance.
Start with what you know
Pick your setup, or answer "I don't know" and keep going. MyBikes gives you a short identification guide and leaves the open questions visible for later.
Wheelsets and parts on their own clocks
Installed wheelsets and components are tracked independently of the bike, and a calendar shows rides, service logs and upcoming reminders together.
The rest of the workshop
Tools (with lending and return dates), spare parts matched to each bike's setup, and devices like bike computers, power meters and lights. You can upload several photos at once and MyBikes sorts the bikes, tools, components and spares it recognizes.
Guides and an AI Mechanic
Each reminder links to preparation steps and a video for that component. For anything else, the AI Mechanic answers a typed question or a photo you send it, with visual steps and the option of human support. It only sees what you send, never your Strava data.
A workshop directory
Find bike mechanics by city on a map, compare the services they list, and request a visit through MyBikes.
Who It's For
- Riders with two or more bikes who want one list of what's due
- Waxed-chain and tubeless riders, whose jobs run on very different clocks
- Home mechanics who also want their tools and spares in one place
Worth Knowing
The Strava connection is read-only. The privacy policy names the scopes it asks for (read, profile:read_all and activity:read_all, so private "Only You" rides are included) and says MyBikes doesn't write to Strava, scrape it, or request routes or GPS streams. It reads your profile and your bikes, plus your cycling activities: name and description, distance, time, elevation, speed, the bike used, trainer and commute flags, ride photos, the recording device, and any power, heart rate and cadence. Not every activity comes in, only the cycling ones from the dates you give it, then new rides as they sync.
Strava data stays in a cache for no more than seven days, according to the policy, and is never sent to an AI model, sold, or shown to other users. Disconnecting Strava deletes the tokens and cached Strava data, and for riders without an email sign-in it deletes the whole MyBikes account; Delete account always removes everything.
Everything that touches Strava is free and stays free. The $20 a year plan, billed after a 90-day trial, only covers extras for your own workshop inventory and uploads, and no card is needed to connect Strava.
