The page's Connect with Strava link asks for read, read_all and profile:write: public data plus private segments, routes and events, and write access that lets it star or unstar segments and, per Strava's definition, update your weight and FTP (the page only uses starring). It asks for no activity scope. doogal.co.uk's privacy policy doesn't mention Strava.
