Pick a real long-distance route, Land's End to John O'Groats, the Camino de Santiago, Route 66, and every ride, run or walk you sync from Strava moves your marker along it. Finish a route as a Conquest for a pace medal and a stamp in a world-map passport, or start a Casual rally with friends on the same route and race on a live leaderboard with a ghost pacer and daily targets that adjust to how your week is going. Free plan includes one Casual rally and one Conquest with no card. Paid plans (from £11.99 a year) add unlimited rallies, bigger groups, full history and your own GPX routes on Pro. Strava's free tier is enough, and Garmin, Wahoo and Fitbit activities count once they reach Strava. Web and iOS; the iOS app also syncs from Apple Health.
