What is Stravify?
Stravify replaces "Morning Run" with something you'd want people to read. Connect Strava, pick a voice, and it writes a new title and description for your activities with AI, either automatically on each new one or when you ask. The homepage counts more than 1,000 athletes connected and more than 50,000 activities processed.
It covers every activity type on Strava: runs, rides, swims, hikes, gym sessions, yoga and the rest.
Key Features
Voices, or your own instructions
Funny, motivational, a gentle roast, or custom instructions you write yourself.
Automatic or previewed
With automation on, new activities get a fresh title, description or both, whichever fields you chose. You pick which activity types are included and can pause it any time. A manual rewrite shows a preview you can review and edit before it goes to Strava, and you can add a one-off note to steer it.
You choose what the AI sees
In Personalise you can leave out location, heart rate or other details. The privacy policy notes that exclusions apply to future rewrites only, and that a note you add to a manual preview can include things you excluded.
Metric or imperial
Kilometres or miles, for the activity display and the generated text.
Try it before connecting
The homepage has a sample run you can rewrite in different voices with no sign-up.
Worth Knowing
Rewrites are written by OpenAI: the privacy policy says it sends the activity details you allow, your chosen voice and any custom instructions or notes there. It stores your Strava athlete ID, basic profile, preferences and encrypted access tokens, plus the generated text and selected activity details as a history of updates.
Changes on Strava stick. Disconnecting removes Stravify's access and stops automation, but doesn't revert titles and descriptions it already changed; deleting your account (in Account, Account management) also leaves your Strava activities as they are (the privacy policy says what is and isn't removed).
The terms say AI can get things wrong, that you're responsible for what's published to your account, and that it doesn't guarantee every activity gets rewritten.
The site, privacy policy and terms don't mention a price.
Does Stravify change my Strava activities?
Yes, that's the point of it. It reads your activities and, when you rewrite one or have automation on, replaces the title, the description or both on Strava. Disconnecting stops future changes but doesn't undo past ones.
Is Stravify made by Strava?
No. Its terms describe it as an independent service that isn't endorsed by Strava.
